Chakra Awakening with Essences, Oils & Stones
Chakras are best described as energy centers, wheels or vortexes and refer primarily to the seven major centers. These seven centers are arranged vertically from the root of the trunk to the top of the head and regulate the flow of energy through the body and energy system. They interact with our body through two of the major body systems - the endocrine and the nervous.
In this workshop we will delve into each of the seven major Chakra points, their individual characteristics, the importance of keeping each open and healthy, effective ways to balance and enhance each center as well as our aura and the importance of ritual in our daily lives. Through gently accessing and “speaking” to the Chakras, we foster integration and wholeness within ourselves and others.
Discover how different essential oils resonate with the aspects of a specific Chakra. We will discuss and view a variety of aroma-therapeutic methods (diffusion, singing bowls, candles, mists, baths, etc…) as well as essences and crystals to use in our daily lives for harmonic balance and self development.
We end with application of oils, placement of stones and a personal Chakra color visualization and grounding session.
